Lighter 22% fat Cheese

With 22% fat, Lighter is a perfect everyday cheese.

Our Half Fat cheese is made with semi-skimmed milk. Half the fat in the milk results in half the fat in the cheese.

A full flavoured cheese with only a quarter of the fat of Cheddar.

The lowest fat of all our healthier cheeses, our Lightest Cheese has only 2% fat. Made to a mild or mature recipe.

Our first traditional cheeses were created in the 1940's and since then the recipe has been handed down through our master cheesemakers.

A deliciously mild cheese, which has a creamy texture and taste, Mega Cheddar® is the first cheese that we have created specifically for children.

Our probiotic cheeses have been developed from our traditional Cheddar and Half Fat cheese recipes.

Quantock Gold® is one of our most decadent cheeses, with a delicious mild, buttery taste, rich creamy texture and deep golden colour.
