Quantock GoldŽ is one of our most decadent cheeses, with a delicious mild, buttery taste, rich creamy texture and deep golden colour.
This specially selected Mature Cheddar is made to a traditional recipe with milk collected by our tankers from the surrounding countryside.
Our first traditional cheeses were created in the 1940's and since then the recipe has been handed down through our master cheesemakers.
