Indulge yourself this Christmas with Quantock Gold

Based on the edge of the Quantock Hills, award-winning Somerset cheesemaker, Cricketer Farm has launched the first ever Cheddar cheese made with Jersey and Guernsey milk, Quantock Gold.  An indulgent cheese, which is made to a traditional recipe using milk sourced from local farmers in Somerset and Devon, Quantock Gold has a delicious buttery taste, rich creamy texture and golden colour.

"Our Quantock Gold is one of the most decadent cheeses we have created, with a taste that is incomparable.  Each cheese is made using over 60 years of traditional cheesemaking experience and we have worked closely with our local Jersey and Guernsey farmers on the creation of this recipe.  Quantock Gold is an indulgent cheese which has all the rich, luxurious characteristics of Jersey and Guernsey milk.  Its golden colour and creamy palate will make a welcome addition to a Christmas cheeseboard or Boxing Day cold meats and pickles!"   

Quantock Gold is packed in 150g and 240g pieces, and is available in Marks & Spencer and independent retailers throughout the country.
