Lightest Cheese

The lowest fat of all our healthier cheeses, our Lightest Cheese has only 2% fat. Made to a mild or mature recipe, Lightest is full of flavour, with a smooth texture and golden colour. We skim virtually all of the fat from the local milk used to make Lightest, creating a cheese which is ideal as a healthier alternative to full fat cheese in sandwiches, salads and cooking.

We also make a 2% Fat Red Leicester Style Cheese and a mild Coloured Cheese.
