8% Fat Cheese

A full flavoured cheese which has only Quarter Fat Cheese, a quarter that of Cheddar. This cheese has a smooth texture and rich colour.

Produced using local milk, with most of the fat taken out, this cheese is made to a mild, medium or mature recipe. It is also available as a Red Cheese.

This cheese can be used in many ways, from salads and sandwiches to cheese on toast!
