Years of experience
Cricketer Farm was established by the late Lord Beaverbrook in the 1940's. Since then, we have been making
award-winning cheeses. This history, combined with a commitment to making only the finest cheeses from local milk, is the foundation of our business.
Our cheeses
Our
cheese making history began with traditional farmhouse Cheddar, and we
are still winning awards for this recipe many years on! Nowadays, we
also produce a range of delicious lower fat cheeses, to meet the
ever-increasing demand for healthier foods that taste great. You can
view details of all our cheeses on our
products page.
Local milk
At Cricketer, we have a policy of sourcing milk from our own
local farmers , known as
The Stowey Producers Group.
We work with them closely to ensure our milk is of the highest quality.
On arrival at Cricketer Farm, we pasteurise the milk and prepare it for
cheese making!
