Our Half Fat cheese is made with semi-skimmed milk. Half the fat in the milk results in half the fat in the cheese.

With a rounded flavour and citrus notes, often mistaken for the full fat classic. Use as an alternative to Red Leicester in your favourite recipe  or sandwich, or as an alternative to Cheddar to add extra colour to a dish.
