A You can eat as much of this cheese as you like, but just a daily 20g piece of Cricketer Farm Probiotic Cheddar will give you 100% probiotic benefit.
Q Can I eat this with other probiotic products?
A Yes, you can, but we'd prefer you to eat more of our cheese!!
Q Can I overdose on probiotic/friendly bacteria?
A No, you can eat many probiotic products, but we do advise that they should not be used to compensate for lack of a balanced diet.
Q Can I use it in cooking?
A Our Probiotic Cheese cooks just like a normal cheese, but by heating it, you will lose the probiotic benefit.
