We are specialists in producing award-winning traditional cheddars and healthier cheeses. We pride ourselves in achieving superb quality, flavour and texture.

Our milk is sourced from local farms, which meet the stringent standards of the National Dairy Farm Assured Scheme (NDFAS).

We are an innovative cheese maker, working with customers to produce cheeses to meet the demands of today's consumer. Our cheeses are sold in many outlets, in larger blocks for deli counters, or in retail packs for major retailers.Our cheeses are also available as ingredients for sandwich and  ready meal manufacturers.

We also have PDO certification for our Farmhouse Cheddar.

As a BRC Grade A accredited business, our cheese is subject to extensive testing from the moment the milk arrives, until the cheese leaves our dairy.
